Deepen your understanding of comedy writing and production with founder of Reductress, Sarah Pappalardo and yoga teacher Emily Shapiro, in this creative comedy and yoga retreat in the unforgettable town of Nosara, Costa Rica. We’ll explore more nuanced concepts, tricks and strategies of comedy writing and shortform video production while staying at the Ride On Hotel on Playa Guiones in Nosara – an intimate hotel just steps from the beach.

Each morning will include yoga with Emily Shapiro and a catered breakfast, as well as three dinners included with the retreat, with some of the best surfing (for beginners and experts alike!) in the world nearby. At the end of the week, we’ll have a reading of your work to be shared with the group.

Pricing and Availability

We have several options for accommodation – each require a $500 nonrefundable deposit to secure your place. Transport to and from the Liberia Airport (LIR) is included in the cost of the retreat - but you are responsible for your own flight to LIR.
